Contracted to undertake a Privacy Impact Assessment  for an International organization (non-disclosure applies) to evaluate the Privacy and Security risks with Health data management.

Brisbane City Council (2007)
Engaged as a Software Engineering expert to report on Red-Tape reduction (Regulation Design) by utilizing structured programming techniques.

CSIRO Preventative Health Flagship (2005-6)
Contracted as a Fellow to the Preventative-Health Flagship project to undertake detailed investigation and reporting to  senior executive on “Minimising Privacy and Security Risks with Health Data Linkages”.

Amlink Technologies (2004)
Engaged as the Expert Witness in Software Engineering. The first case of its type in Australia to challenge the assumptions that code reuse implies that the IP is not new.

Simpson Centre, Liverpool Hospital (2002-3)
Employed to develop application software (LinkIT) for linking disparate, legacy health data on the MINET project.

ITC Corporation, Wollongong (2002)
Engaged as a Vocational Education and Training (VET) expert to report of the top reputable providers of IT vendor accredited training courses in Australia .

Australian Tax Office (2001)
Commissioned as a Software Engineering expert for ‘Tax deductibility of commercial website development expenditure' and developed the software indicators utilized in tax ruling TR2000/D6.

E-Enabled (2000-1)
Establishing a ‘dot com' for training SME's interested in adopting e-commerce funded by Telstra and a consortium
of local SMEs.

Tradegate ECA (2000)
Consultancy to undertake a detailed security evaluation of a commercial electronic commerce financial web application product prior to launch.

CCH Aus. Ltd. Publishing (1999-2000)
A consultancy to produce a book for non IT specialists aimed at managers and accountants on the latest ‘Trends and Technology'
of e-commence.

UK (1990-99)
